Privacy notice
Updated 10 October 2026.
1. Purpose and scope
This notice describes data processing on the website and its forms. Using the site, buying a course or accepting purchase terms does not provide consent for advertising measurement. Measurement requires a separate affirmative choice, which you may reject or withdraw without affecting your purchase or access.
2. Data controller
The controller of the data collected through this site is THE AIGNC L.L.C-FZ, as owner of the site, which determines the purposes and means of the processing described in this notice. The contact details made available for this purpose appear in the final section of this document.
3. Data processed
First, the data the user voluntarily provides when completing and submitting any of the available forms, which may include identifying and contact data, as well as professional details the user chooses to share where a form provides for them. Second, certain basic technical data associated with the connection itself, recorded automatically, which do not by themselves allow direct identification of the user. Special categories of data are neither requested nor processed, and users are advised not to submit them through the forms. Along with a subscription, the channel through which the user reached the site (for example LinkedIn, Instagram or a campaign link) and the domain of the referring page are also recorded, never the full address, solely to learn which channels work; the browser keeps that value locally so it can be attached to the form.
4. Purposes of processing
The data provided is processed in order to manage the periodic communications the user has voluntarily subscribed to, to inform the user about the availability of the training programmes where this has been requested, and to attend and respond to enquiries submitted through the forms provided for that purpose. With separate consent, we also measure the relationship between ads and course purchases using Google Ads. The data is not subject to automated decisions producing legal effects for the user, nor used for purposes other than those described here.
5. Legal basis
The basis for processing is the free, specific, informed and unambiguous consent given by the user on submitting the relevant form and, where applicable, the legitimate interest in answering the enquiries the user directs to us. Advertising measurement consent is obtained separately through an explicit choice on course pages. That consent may be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.
6. Retention
Form data is retained while the relationship that prompted its collection continues and you have not requested erasure, subject to legally required retention. The advertising measurement preference and its date are valid for up to 180 days in the browser; a new choice is then requested. With consent, we retain up to 100 order identifiers and their dates to prevent duplicate conversions; records at least 90 days old are discarded when checking a purchase, and withdrawing permission empties that register. Google retains received information under its own periods, which vary by data and purpose: Google retention. Cookie lifetime is different from retention of data on Google servers.
7. Recipients and transfers
We do not sell your data. We use technology providers to deliver services. If you accept advertising measurement, we also disclose to Google Ads the data described below. Our Google Ads service is provided by Google Ireland Limited; Google may act as an independent controller, and its entities, including Google LLC, may process data in other countries, including the United States. Its policy and service terms describe applicable controllers, international transfers and safeguards: Google privacy and Google Ads data protection terms. Google Ads is not described as a provider acting solely under our instructions.
8. Cookies and optional advertising measurement
Alongside mechanisms necessary for navigation and the language preference, we offer optional Google Ads measurement to associate course visits and purchases with our ads. It is blocked until you choose “Aceptar medición” (accept measurement). Rejecting does not affect purchasing or access. If you accept, Google may use cookies and identifiers and receive technical data such as IP address, browser, device and visited page. After a paid purchase is confirmed, we send its actual amount, currency and order identifier. This integration does not send email, payment details, Stripe checkout session or access credentials; it does not enable advertising personalization or enhanced conversions. Google documents measurement cookies prefixed _gcl_ with a lifetime of 90 days; creation depends on the browser and visit. See Google cookies. The choice and date are stored in cursos_ads_choice_v1; the optional duplicate-prevention register is cursos_ads_purchase_sent_v2. You may withdraw permission using “Desactivar medición” (disable measurement) under “Preferencias de anuncios” on course pages. Withdrawal blocks new purchase events from this integration and empties the local order register; after navigation or reload, the Google Ads script is not loaded. It does not erase information already received by Google or all its cookies, which you can manage through Google and browser controls. We respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track.
9. Your rights
Users may exercise, at any time and free of charge, their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, as well as withdraw the consent given. You may write to support@theaignc.com to exercise these rights; for information managed by Google, you may also use the controls and contact routes in its privacy policy. In addition, every communication sent carries a link allowing immediate unsubscription. Users resident in the European Economic Area also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority.
10. Changes
This notice may be updated at any time in order to reflect legislative or case-law developments or changes in the services offered. The version in force is in all cases the one published on this page, with the date of the latest update shown in its header.
