My name is Abraham Olvera and my passion is learning what artificial intelligence advances every single day.

I believe artificial intelligence democratises access to creating. If you have an idea and a little creativity, AI makes you unstoppable. That is exactly what happened to me.

I am not a software engineer. I never studied engineering. My career comes from the corporate world: business, finance and sales.

From sales to software: the change that started everything

Around 2018 I understood that software was the key to accelerating anything I wanted to achieve. Without leaving my job, I started learning Python in the evenings and digitalisation tools at weekends. Blogs, YouTube and a lot of practice.

The effort paid off. I earned a promotion, was trained at Salesforce headquarters in the United States, relocated there, and was later transferred to the Dubai headquarters to implement automation projects.

The company I worked for is a world leader in industrial artificial intelligence. That gave me something almost nobody had in 2018: an early view of where all of this was going. I prepared years before the ChatGPT boom.

There I learned what is worth more than any tool: what to actually use it for. That opened new doors inside the organisation, including as a trainer and coach for other teams.

Why generative AI excited me instead of scaring me

Understanding what a business needs, and also knowing how to use the tools, was always my competitive advantage. My background in business, sales and finance is as strong as ever: artificial intelligence does not replace it, it amplifies it.

When generative artificial intelligence arrived I did not feel fear, I felt excitement about how much further I could go if I learned it.

Since day one I have tested every tool I can get my hands on. It is my daily routine. I teach how to use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Grok in daily life, at work and in business, along with automations and agents built with tools such as Claude Code and Codex.

I started publishing content because I am convinced that the best way to learn something is to teach it.

I run The AIGNC, my artificial intelligence company based in Dubai. We build AI agents and custom projects for industries across the Middle East, the United States, Europe and Latin America.

We advise small and medium businesses on AI transformation and implementation, and we deliver AI training to multinational companies in the region.

If I could do it, so can you

I did not start with a computer science degree or a team behind me. I started with curiosity, my free evenings and a wish to solve real problems. If you can use Instagram, you can learn AI.

That is why I publish everything I learn. The road I walked is open to anyone with an idea who decides to start today.
